Every file on this list is a real Arrivau client. Names, suburbs and some figures have been changed for privacy, but the lending structure, the rate and the rejected-and-approved story are reported as they happened.

We publish case studies because rate tables alone don’t tell you what will actually get approved in your situation. A $1.08M purchase in Ryde on a 5% deposit with a recent PR is a very different file from the same purchase price on a 20% deposit with a citizen couple. Read a few and the patterns become obvious.
