Most new enquiries start with a no-cost 20-minute phone call. We’ll ask about your deposit, income, visa status and timeline, and in return you’ll leave with a realistic borrowing range, a shortlist of two or three lenders worth applying to, and an estimated settlement cost.

Nothing is submitted to a lender during that call. It is a scoping conversation, not a credit enquiry.
